After a warm-up along the Canal du Midi, you will follow the GR36 (white and red signs) and the Orbiel river. This bike tour will take you through the Cabardès and you will reach the village of Lastours. Once there, a two steps visit is available :
- The tour of the castles and of the ‘medieval village’ on a well fitted-out rambling path starting from a former textile factory.
- The discovery of the view over the entirity of the place from the Belvédère de Montfermier
